Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges on all MiB merchandise are accepted 30 days from the shipment date for a full merchandise refund less original shipping charges. Returned merchandise must be in the original, unused, unwashed and scent-free condition. Please include your invoice to indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds to credit cards will be processed within approximately two weeks upon receipt of return.

Phone Exchanges
Need to make an exchange but don't have time to wait for the package to get back to us? Not a problem! Just call and let us know which item(s) you'd like to reorder, and we'll waive your shipping on the exchange order of equal or lesser value. The new items will be charged and the returned items refunded upon receipt and processing.
