Returns & Exchange Policy Returns & Exchanges on all MiB merchandise are accepted 30 days from the shipment date for a full merchandise refund less original shipping charges. Returned merchandise must be in the original, unused, unwashed and scent free condition. Please use the return label located on the back, top right portion of the invoice and attach to the outside of your return package. Return labels are not prepaid and you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Clearance Merchandise ending in $.99 is ALL SALES FINAL and non-returnable. *Exchanges If you'd like to return an item and receive a different one instead, please indicate choice(s) on the return paperwork or contact us at 877.644.1995 or mib@makingitbig.com during customer service department hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday. *Phone Exchanges *Need to make an exchange but don't have time to wait for the package to get back to us? Not a problem! Just call and let us know which item(s) you'd like to reorder, and we'll waive your shipping on the exchange order of equal or lesser value. The new items will be charged and the returned items refunded upon receipt and processing. |
