We at Making it Big believe that communication and a dedication to customer service are vital to good relations. Orders placed online will receive an automatically generated email confirmation verifying that your order was received and is being processed.
Our product availability information is not "real-time", although we do update our website inventory multiple times daily. Occasionally, there may be a discrepancy between inventory availability displayed on our website and whether an item is able to ship when the order is processed. This is rare, but sometimes may occur, especially when stock is low. We will contact you, via phone or email, to alert you of any changes in your order status or of any backordered items on your order and indicate any revisions in the expected delivery date.
If you have indicated a specific date when your order is needed, the MIB Customer Service team provides special handling and care to alert you of any possible delays in delivery as the date approaches and to ensure that you are informed of your special request status.
